Refund Policy

• All subscription payments to Mesrai are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that paid amounts will not be returned, whether monthly or annual, INR or USD.
• The 14-day Free Trial is not covered by this policy — no payment is collected during the trial period.

You can cancel your subscription anytime

• Cancel from app.mesrai.com/settings/billing — no email required
• Cancellation stops all future renewals
• Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for
• Cancellation does not generate a refund of the current period

In limited cases we may grant a refund at our sole discretion

• Verified service outage on our side affecting your paid period
• Duplicate charge or billing system error attributable to Mesrai
• Inability to access the Service after subscribing due to a confirmed onboarding issue on our end

How to request

• Email contact@mesrai.com with subject "Refund Request"
• Include: account email, date and amount of the charge, Razorpay payment ID (from app.mesrai.com/settings/billing → Invoices), reason for the request
• We respond within 3 business days
• All decisions on refund exceptions are final and at Mesrai's sole discretion

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
• Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge (INR for INR, USD for USD)
• International cards may take up to 14 business days depending on your issuing bank
• Foreign-exchange rate fluctuation between the charge date and the refund date is outside our control

• If you have a billing concern, contact contact@mesrai.com before disputing the charge with your bank
• We respond to all billing concerns within 1 business day

• This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India
• Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka
